     Welcome to International Educational Consultants, a professional organization which provides school systems and institutions of higher learning with highly qualified consultants in the areas of Second Language Acquisition, Bilingual/ESL Gifted, and Dual Language Research. We design professional development for public and private schools with emphasis on Accelerated English Language Learning, Dual Language Programs, ESL Programs, Gifted/ESL Programs and Second Language Acquisition Programs. IEC prides itself on being the sole disseminator of Project GOTCHA, an Academic Excellence Program which identifies and instructs potentially gifted ESL/LEP students and in the creation of accelerated English Language Learning Program. IEC in conjunction with Modern Language Services, hosts the Dual Language Symposium which has been held in Puerto Rico since 1997. IEC provides training and technical assistance in writing grants and Progress Reports as required by the US Department of Education and the Office of English Language Acquisition.
